Now that summer is officially here, I am looking for new recipes for the grill. Beef, chicken, fish, veggies - whatever you've got. Share your secrets for summer cuisine!

Cheers,
Mike

Okay, Mike!

A couple simple things that will change your grilling experience!

Soak whatever (especially meats with bones) you're going to grill in heavily salted water for at least 25 minutes prior to grilling. (use common sense, not necessary for sausages for example.)

Remember you're grilling not baking—keep the lid up and GRILL!

Your mother told you not to play with your food—this still applies on the grill. For example, grilling a hamburger from start to finish requires touching the burger once it's on the grill, no more than 3 times. And I really mean two, but know you can't resist!

Easiest way to add flavor is put whatever you're grilling in a ziplock with you're favorite salad dressing for at least 15 minutes.

Good Luck!
