Hello All,

Through the magic of Photoshop, I've placed Doug in this photo of a city in the American West. Do you know what city this is?

Since this is pretty easy, I'm going to include a bonus question for an extra 5 points: What's the connection between a historical attraction in this city and the first photo in the story I posted here on Mt. Diablo State Park?

Have a great day!
Mike

I don't know where this picture was taken Mike, but it's nice to know that we can send Doug anywhere we want now through the magic of photoshop.

I hope someone else has the answer.

At last, a place I know. I vote San Antonio Texas and the Alamo ....

This reminds me of my trip this summer to Italy of the canals in Venice. ;)

Doug is on the banks of River Walk, in San Antonio, Texas.

San Antonio, TX is also the site of Remember the "Alamo" - and the first picture of Mt. Diablo is taken from the town of Alamo, CA.

The scene is familiar as well, like it was from a movie or something. The wife keeps nagging me about it.

in San Antonio, home of the Alamo, and Alamo is the name of the town where I took the photo of Mt. Diablo in my report on Mt. Diablo State Park. Congrats and thanks for playing! I'll post another Where in the West? soon.

Cheers,
Mike
